114 – The Power of Decision with Ivonne Delaflor
INDECISION: The dictionary claims it to be “the inability to make a decision quickly”.
I define it as the choice to BE LAZY, have zero guts, and courage, and do what you know needs to get done!
I find it to be a distractor, a disrespect to time, our creator, our fellow humanity, to our spiritual powers, and to our soul.
Decisions can lead to mistakes, yes, but so what?
This is how we learn and mature in the process of growth as humans interested in becoming better, period.
Indecision not only shows the true character and morality of a person, but it can also be endangering the lives, futures, and jobs of the people, family members, soldiers, and army, that depend on our leadership not only to survive but win and thrive.

Indecisive people tend to NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY… They thin it/s too much, they only want to make the decisions that are easy, that can offer them a path off the back, a feel-good trophy, they are o.k with decisions where failure is either minimal or not possible. This type of people most often prefer to receive orders than deliver them.
Indecision gives them a temporal pass to righteously blame and judge those who make the mistakes of the decisions they didn’t want to make.
Indecisive people become the “Pontius Pilate” of leadership, as they just want to wash their hands for the decisions they supposedly “had to make” because “others” wanted it.
I rather decide and be mistaken, than be mistaken because I didn’t make a decision.
With mistakes you can learn, grow and move on…
With indecision, you will stay stuck in the repetitive cycles of bad relationships, poor businesses, and situations that the only thing you will experience is more of the same pathetic old.
The universe doesn’t conspire in your favor, YOU conspire in your favor once you make a decision and take the bold steps that your decision needs to birth itself as a force for progress and growing grace.
And while Indecisive people are often found sitting in the stands watching the game of life pass by, decisive people are standing in the arena creating life.
